Chocolate Protein Seed Bars Recipe
Ingredients
- 150 g salted butter
- 250 g water
- 250 g vanilla protein powder
- 125 g sunflower seeds
- 125 g oats
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 cardamom pods
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 125 g dried cranberries, chopped
Method

Heat the oven to 160 C. Blend or chop the sunflower seeds until you've got a roughly chopped texture, and add to a large mixing bowl. Add the oats and the ground cinnamon to the mixing bowl too. Using a serrated knife, cut the cardamom pods in half to obtain the little brown/black seeds hidden inside. Grind the seeds to a fine powder, then add to the mixing bowl.
